Professor Yan Fuwu’s research group at Wuhan University of Technology is recruiting 2–3 postdoctoral researchers for the “Mechanical Engineering” postdoctoral research station due to research needs.

II. Recruitment Requirements
Strong foundation in mathematics and English proficiency.
Integrity, diligence, sense of responsibility, innovation, teamwork spirit, strong curiosity, and solid research background.
Excellent communication, expression, and hands-on skills; ability to independently conduct research projects and publish high-level academic papers.
Age 30 or below, able to work full-time and stably for 2 years or more.
III. Position Benefits
Annual salary of 300,000 CNY, with other benefits in accordance with Wuhan University of Technology and national regulations (e.g., postdoctoral apartments, children’s schooling).
Sufficient research funding and assistance in applying for postdoctoral funds, National Natural Science Foundation, and other research projects.
Research conditions, including forming research teams with graduate students to support tasks, international academic exchange opportunities, and support for outstanding postdoctoral researchers for international joint training.
Postdoctoral researchers with outstanding research achievements and excellent evaluations are encouraged to stay at the university, with priority for employment under equal conditions.
