主讲人简介：Dr. Jiamei Deng received her Ph.D. degree in 2005 from University of Reading, UK, the BEng in electrical engineering from Hua Zhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China and the MEng in mechanical engineering from Shanghai University of Science and Technology, China. 

She currently serves as a Senior Lecturer in Kingston University London. She has supervised three PhD students successfully. Two PhD students are under her supervision at present. She was a Research Fellow between 2006 and 2007 in University of Sussex. She joined Loughborough University as Research Associate in 2007 and was promoted to Lecturer later.

Dr. Deng has published over forty referred papers including the world leading Journals, such IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, etc. Dr. Deng is the author of the book (Predictive control using feedback linearization based on neural networks, Lambert Academic Publishing, ISBN 978-3-8443-0009-3, 2011). Dr. Deng has reviewed papers for IEEE Transaction on Neural Networks, Automatica, Energy Conversion and Management, etc.
